Great performance appearance side fitting frame measurement as per requirement perfect delivery on time. Voltage is as requirement as wall. So we and our nabours are satisfied. We will talk others too.Thaks.

Bought an air conditioner and got it installed. Unit would not cool but everything else worked. After talking to LG on the phone for awhile they refused to honor their warranty and service the AC unit. The unit was brand new and I live in a major metropolitan area. Ill never buy LG again

It works alright but doesnt drain properly. You can hear the fan swirling in liquid upon start. Word of wise run just the fan at night for at least 6 hours on low to get rid of built up condensation/ water. That way when you run it during the day it doesnt start up completely drenched in water.
