What may I say lets start by sayin that LG customer service has been abismal from trying to get a tech over to my house and then have the tech man giving me a lesson on electrical engineering and not perform his duties while at my house and leave and have the equipment break down again not good. Well I am again at odds with LG and my equipment has manufacturers warranty still. Too bad all my electronics are LG but once it starts to die down will be replacement them with a competitor and I know which one. Will not buy another LG product ever again.

Bought a while ago but just installed it. A part was missing so I called support. They said it was not reported within allowed timeline from purchase so I would have to find and buy the part myself. WOW. Oven seems to operate fine in the short time I have been using it.

I just had this installed earlier this week and so far I am loving it It looks great in my space. The microwave works wonderfully. Havent used the oven much yet but looking forward to it.
