i received my pedestals & one was badly damaged on the side, i tried contacting samsung, i got a chat request the lady wouldn't even give me partial credit for anything. i didn't want to send them back bc i needed them now so i asked for a partial credit back but she said there was nothing she could do. other than that, i love the height it gave my washer & dryer

Directions and videos online were helpful. I actually had two workmen lift the washer onto the pedestal. They must not have put it on the right place initially so the one side is slightly crushed. Even though I leveled it in the expected position before putting the washer on the pedestal, it wasn't even close to being level once the washer was in place. It was a pain to move the washer out to adjust the rear legs, but overall it is good to have the washer elevated as we are prone to flooding.
