One month into ownership and it is working great. This thing never gets a break. We're a family of four that play sports and have a dog. As with many other reviews, large loads are no problem. We have a queen size bed and our comforter is perfectly cleaned after a cycle. The sheer amount of options for washing is wild. It's a very stable machine and doesn't "walk" out from the wall like our other machine did. We're happy and impressed. Its a pricey machine but hopefully worth it.
