Mainly being a side sleeper of medium weight (180 1bs), this mattress did not work for me. It really hurt my shoulders. Tempur pedic material is very dense. So, it just did not give enough for me when I was on my side. If I was a back-sleeper, though, I would recommend this mattress without hesitation. Still, I think that you could find a better option at a better price.
