Starting with the morning after my first night on the tempur mattress, my chronic back pain has continued lt lessen. The only negative is that it is difficult to turn over or change positions.

This mattress is not comfortable for either my husband or I. We both wake up with backaches. We are thinking of returning it after the 30 days are up.
