Works well, need better packaging.

This freezer has been working well. No complaints other than the original packaging. When I got the unit home and unpacked it, there were an assortment of dents on the outside. Just cosmetic, but clearly the packaging was insufficient to protect the unit in transit to the store. The unit is fairly deep, so organization and finding things at the bottom can be a challenge. Maybe some more wire baskets would help.

Great for our needs

We were given this freezer as a Christmas present and was consistently asked if 5 cu. ft. was going to be big enough. There are only 2 of us living in the house and only so much space in the house, so this freezer works just fine for our needs. It does not take up that much space and there is enough space for storing items that would otherwise have filled our upstairs freezer to the brim.

Bought it primarily for hold out wedding cake because apparently you are supposed to save it for your 1 year anniversary. Once I plugged it in it got cold about approx 15 min!

I bought my freezer at the end of December 2019. Not noisy. Fits under my countertop to tuck away in my small house.

This is actually my second freezer. The first one the compressor went because I accidentally covered the vent on the right side totally my fault nothing to do with the freezer. Be sure to defrost it at least once every 18 months easy to do and a little dynamo.
