We were so excited to get this fridge after being disappointed with a previous fridge. We waited months to get it and we absolutely LOVED it until we smelled something electrical burning and all the lights in the fridge went out. The fridge is 8 months old! We woke up the next morning to a flooded kitchen. Water running full force from the water dispenser all night. It was literally raining in the basement. When we tried calling Fridgedaire customer service we were on hold for more than 2 hours each time and they were NOT helpful. A costly fridge should last longer than 8 months! Now we have to have water mitigation services out to deal with water damage and weâre still out a fridge.The repair person that came out said the âmother boardâ went out and caused a valve to open. We have another repair person coming out next week that deals with fridgedaire warranty work. Weâll see what happens. Fridgedaire used to be associated with quality! What happened! Very disappointed.

Took delivery of this refrigerator yesterday afternoon, initially after purging the water system the water dispenser wouldn't work. Once the icemakers started working the water dispenser started to work. 24 hours into ownership of this fridge I came into my house and the fridge was sitting in a pool of water, checked the water connection and it wasn't leaking there. Leaking from inside the fridge, cabinets and millwork around the fridge ruined. Build quality is very poor, the freezer drawer is out of square both vertically and horizontally by 3/8" or more side to side. Also looking at the front of the fridge the stainless steel looks dented and not uniform. All in all very poorly constructed and it ruined my kitchen!

Different parts of the refrigerator started to break within the first year we had it. He have it less than 2 years now and we had already 2 of the veg/fruits drawer wheels broken and it started to crack around the freezer
Works well after the third fridge but cosmetically looks cheap

Received this fridge(third one) sue to other defects in 2021 but now the doors are showing all kinds of dents etc even though it feels smooth. I see others have complained. Considering this appliance costs close to $3000 I would think that Frigidaire would be replacing them.

two years old. Defects started to show up on all 3 doors. Smooth to the touch but show when light is shining on doors. The marks are coming from the backside of panels.
