Yes, scratch and dent appliances are available on our outlet page and outlet location in Bellingham.
Do you offer appliance repair or parts?
Yes, purchasing with DeWaard & Bode gives you access to our in-house repair center. Simply fill out a service request form, and we will gladly assist you. For parts, fill out the parts request form, and we will be happy to get you the parts you need.
How does your delivery service work?
We offer two types of delivery options, standard delivery, where we deliver to your home, and delivery plus (for an additional cost), which includes delivery and installation. Talk to one of our sales representatives or view our online delivery calendar to find a delivery time and date that works for you. Once you have selected a time and date, contact one of our sales representatives to schedule your delivery. Most in-store and in-stock items are available for delivery.
What are your financing options?
We offer several standard financing options and promotional financing, such as 12-month and 48-month financing. All financing services are available with approved credit through Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
Do you service appliances that weren't purchased at DeWaard & Bode?
We only service the appliances that we sell. Our factory-certified technicians are trained and experienced in working with the brands and models that we carry.

At 5:30 pm we had a dead dryer. By 7 pm we were home with a new dryer, thanks to Peter at the Burlington location! We were able to walk in, tell them exactly what we were looking for in a specific price range, and throw in a request for highlighting any sales, and voila. Conversation was friendly and honest, and I know if we have any issues, the warranty provides great coverage and great service by their service techs!
