Quirky design, cheaply made knob

We’ve had this product for over a year. The best feature is the double oven and a glass stovetop. The various heating elements on the stove top are somewhat asymmetrical and it’s a little tricky to figure out where to put the pans. The convection system works very well. Overall we are pleased. However One of the heating element control knobs broke. I looked inside and the plastic housing that connected to the metal spindle was broken. I don’t think they should’ve use the plastic part for that. Now I am being charged $39 for a replacement knob. I am going to make a complaint to the management about this. Otherwise it seems to be a good product.

Poor Performance, after 1 month from installation the right front burner burned out. After the calling in the warranty repair if the repair is made tomorrow, March 5, it will be 3 weeks from the failure call in before it is repaired.

Just got this new oven for our new apartment and love it! Have been used to gas burners and have to admit was not thrilled about having to have all electric (no gas in apartment building)... how wrong could I be. The speed of the burners is awesome and the oven heats up super-quickly too. Very happy with how it is cooking and highly recommend
