2 issues: 1 you need to reset all the settings each time you do a load 2 Leaks on the floor about every other week Customer service says I need to put in the washing machine cleaner every month. We have very soft water I think the recommended 2 tablespoons high efficiency detergent is too much for this washer with my soft water. Ran the cleaner 3x in a row reduced the detergent below 2 tablespoons havent had the water alarm go off in 2 weeks since I talked to customer service. Never had this problem with previous front loader. The youtube appliance guy highly recommends LG as being reliable. I will find out in 10-15 years

Brought this a month back and works greatly. the only issue was with Wifi that keeps dropping. other than that its a great machine . love the options that it offers.

This maybe be my best LG purchase combo. This comb is excellent and the only down size of this unit is theres just too many options to choose from The cleaning and all its Bella and whistle is top notch with the turbo 350 spin makes it even faster to dry in the dryer Super amazed by how clean my clothes are.

Had less than a year and it makes my clothes smell like mildew the door doesnt close having people coming to look at now and it very loud. I have had front loaders for years and I have never had so many issues with dryer as well . I never complain but beware

I bought this unit 3 years ago. It is easy to use and runs great however Ive had multiple technicians point out problems with it that might have influenced my decision to buy it had I known them in the past. Error codes that pop up and are not easy to diagnose or identify exactly what causes them. And Ive gotten feedback from more than 1 appliance repair technician.
