We bought this when building our house in fall of 2020 and have had no problems at all with it. I love how the lights turn blue so you know when it is on.

Unfortunately for me, and my discussions with Customer Services, this is my fault that the black stainless steel is missing. So now I have a large metal paperweight. I would not recommend this cooktop and after spending over $14k on samsung appliances in May, i'm appalled. if i could uninstall the rest, i would. This is the 3rd revision of my review.
