Made Thanksgiving dinner, plenty of room for my 20plus pound turkey. Took me a little while to learn the nuances of this oven and microwave, but works great.

this particular wall over combination unit was installed 10/28/20. the oven works well and the microwave/convection oven on top has worked flawlessly, until month 13 when the touchscreen started activating the self clean and broiler all by itself. i thought it was a dirty screen. so i cleaned it and i went to the breaker panel and shut power down to the unit for a full reboot. i waited 60 seconds and restarted it. 10 min later it was doing the same thing. i, also, came home one day to see that it had started the self clean in the lower oven and locked the door, and nobody else had been in the house. allegedly this is not covered after 12 months. i am on the hook for repair costs. i will not purchase this brand again.

purchased in early 2018 and repaired in late 2018. soon the microwave worked intermittently and now the microwave and oven both stopped working completely in 2021. repairmen came 4 times to replace parts and diagnose problem but still cannot get it to work. customer service is as bad as the oven is.

My whole kitchen is furnished with samsung after refinishing the whole thing. I love the features it has the ease of use. not only is it easy to use but it was super easy to install!!
