I purchased a washer and dryer at the end of May never took possession of the machines and have tried ever since to get them redelivered. With not a bit of satisfaction. I have called written the President and called and written again and again. Apparently you do not even know I do not have any machines. You do not deserve any stars.

This is the second time that I have chosen an LG dryer with steam features. Im a health care worker and during the pandemic I would use the steam feature to clean my lab jacket. This feature had been a life saver and time saver for me.

We purchased this dryer along with the matching washer about a year ago and its been a great experience so far. It does a thorough job of drying even the largest loads of towels or large bulky items such as blankets. I havent had to use the steam feature yet because I havent had any problems with clothes being wrinkled after drying. Hands down my favorite feature is the LG Thin Q mobile app where I can see how much time I have left until my load is done. All of the appliances in my home are LG and I couldnt be happier with the look and performance of this brand.

I bought this after my divorce and my ex took everything including the appliances. I have 2 kids and needed something they called uber dryer. I love the extra capacity size perfect for larger items like comforters and blankets there is a feature to keep clothes wrinkle free after drying is comple and a steam feature that works great for freshening up clothes or for dry cleaning only. Its amazing and energy efficient. I am so happy that i found the perfect unit for my family cant say enough about this unit if you have the room it is a great investment and the price was reasonable for all its amenities.
